Their experience is captured via the latest hidden video recording equipment. All our covert camera equipment is digital, which ensures not only the highest quality of picture but also clear sound quality.

As a training aid Video Mystery Shopping is invaluable in allowing you to see both good and bad ways of doing things. It provides unbiased and objective third-party feedback and allows the client to monitor body language, tone of voice and other subtleties. Results are provided on DVD as required.

Telephone Test Calls-
Calls are made by field based Associate Consultants phoning from home. This method carries the capacity to check issue of purchases, brochures or information direct to the customer. In this method a member of our team, posing as a real customer – can assess the efficiency, knowledge and professionalism of staff responsible for dealing with customers and clients on the telephone. Reporting is in line with EMBS’s general approach; compact and condensed yet fully informative. In addition, calls can be digitally recorded and results supplied on CD.
